What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Check your booking confirmation for more info.
How do I book?
Choose your pick up and destination via our homepage and enter your departure date and time. It's a simple, easy, and fun way to book your next trip! And if you don’t see your desired route on our website, you can request a custom trip.
Will my luggage fit?
We list luggage capacities for every vehicle that appears in your search results. The vehicles used for private transfers have capacity for at least 1 medium suitcase per passenger seat which should not exceed 70cm x 50cm.
Will the driver provide child car seat?
If requested and available, the provider will bring the child seat. In some cases, providers for this service may request an additional cost. In any case, you can bring your own child seat and place it in the vehicle at no extra charge.
What can I do if I can’t find my driver?
If you cannot find your driver according to the instructions we have given you, then contact us immediately at +30 23 1231 1231 or send a message via WhatsApp to +30 693 600 9 704. Make sure you already have your reservation number. Do not attempt to find alternative means of transportation if you have not contacted us.
Do you have customer support team via telephone?
We are available 24/7/365, if you ever need assistance, our Customer Service team is available to help you.
Can I bring my pet with me?
If you are traveling with a pet, please inform us in the comments field so that the provider is aware in advance that you have a pet with you. In case of refusal, we will seek a new provider.
What happens if my flight is being delayed?
No worries! We'll track your flight and adjust your pick-up time automatically according to your actual arrival time. Remember: make sure you provide the flight number when booking. If you've already booked without providing us your flight number, then get in touch to tell us your flight number or details.
How long will the driver wait for me?
In case that you are coming at the airport, the waiting time is 45 minutes after the actual landing time. In all other cases, the waiting time is 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
Where will my driver pick me up?
For transfers from the airport, you will meet your driver in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name or at the meeting point. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign or a tablet showing the lead passenger's name or a company name that you have requested in the comments section. For outside pick up from your accommodation, port, or train station, the driver will wait for you at the pick-up point holding a sign with your name for 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
How can I pay?
You can pay via credit card when you make the booking. Don’t pay the driver in any case.
How can I make changes to my booking?
It’s easy to change your booking online. Just go to the ‘My Booking’ section, enter your email and booking ID, and edit your booking in the fields where this is allowed.
Can I tip my driver?
Of course, you can leave a tip for the driver. It is entirely up to you.

I’m having trouble changing my booking online. What should I do?
If you’re due to be picked up in the next 24 hours: Please call us, as it may be too close to your pick-up time to make a change. We may be able to update your booking, but can’t guarantee this at short notice. In any case, the driver may not have a vehicle available. If you’re due to be picked up in the next 2-3 days: It may be easier to cancel and make your reservation again. Remember: Free Cancellation. Cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours and get a full refund.
Will the driver pick me up from the booked address?
If access is free and it is not a pedestrian street, or if the roads are closed or cannot be accessed due to traffic regulations, then the driver will come to pick you up from the place you have chosen. In any other case, contact the support team and you will meet the driver at the nearest point that suits you.
